OVERVIEW
Isida 1 was released in summer 2010 and was spectacularly successful as a result of a combination of excellent facilities, a good location in an up-and-coming area close to a public beach and, most importantly, some of the most affordable prices seen in the Hurghada area since 2007. In any case, the pre-launch prices are only valid until construction begins on the project in mid-February 2012. After this time, three floors will be removed from sale and prices on all remaining units will be increased by a minimum of 10%. As a result, only those clients who are prepared to commit quickly will be assured of getting hold of the most attractive units on this development.
LOCATION
Isida is located in the fast growing area of Al-Ahyaa, which has been recently designated for extensive touristic development, with many hotels under construction.
